Shipping policy

Regular postage will take 2-8 days to most places in Australia. Express post will usually arrive in 1-3 days (usually 1 metro to metro).

Postage is free on all orders over $100 within Australia.

All other orders enjoy a fixed rate of $9.95 for regular postage or $16.95 for express.

Orders are dispatched daily Monday-Friday except during the odd occasion where the team is away at a conference in which case orders will be dispatched the second we get back. If you need something urgently shoot us a web chat or email to make sure we are dispatching daily and you'll have your order as early as the next day!
